I have been using your products for as little while but not using your website. You gave me a fair offer and later a very good offer with a time limit. I ordered some Banana shakes today but my favorite is Caramel and these are always out of stock. I understand that stock runs out from time to time but why could I not put the Caramel on back order for when they came available. If this was possible I could have made full use of my initial order discount, because it wasn't it was simply just frustration. Should you consider allowing me to back order the caramel at less 35% I would change my opinion as the product is great and works.

I had a bad first experience with Optifast (see below). Optifast picked up on the points I raised, contacted me, and in an effort to restore my faith in them, added a credit to my account. Customer service is everything. Thank you Optifast.

This was my first order with Optifast I was looking forward to getting started. Sadly, my order didn't arrive. I have gone round and round in circles with the Evri parcel tracker to no avail. But even more disappointing, is emailing Optifast 5 times asking for help and then for a refund. Such a bad experience and such bad customer service.

Been trying for a week bro order. Gave up after becoming frustrated at buying as a guest constantly being rejected because I have a account. I wanted a quick buy. Couldn’t remember password and could not be bothered to sort it . But wanted to order ! It’s driven me bonkers. Finally I managed it. What a painful experience!!!

Was going to buy the six week plan but it wasn't worth it as so many items I wanted were out of stock. You would think at this time of year when everybody is thinking about healthy eating they would have made an effort to ensure they were fully stocked.

It was smooth sailing. I did not want I diet plan and instead of pushing me to buy what I didn't want I was able to just choose what I needed. Thanks optifast

Easy to order and great tasting protein shakes.
On the negative vegestable soup not pleasant and as a lactose intolerant person, I realised very quickly only the new plus shakes work for me, even with a lactose aid
